Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Goods may be returned if they are:

Faulty or damaged upon delivery.

Incorrectly supplied (items different from those ordered).

Agreed for return under prior written authorisation.

Goods that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery (unless faulty) will not be eligible for return.

Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., food products, supplements) cannot be returned unless they are faulty or supplied in error.

2. Reporting a Return

All claims for faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods must be made within 7 working days of delivery.

Claims must include proof of purchase (e.g., invoice number, delivery note).

3. Return Procedure

Once authorised, goods must be returned to us in their original packaging, in the condition received, unless faulty.

We will arrange collection of faulty or incorrect goods at no charge to you.

For authorised non-faulty returns, the customer may be responsible for return carriage costs.

4. Refunds & Replacements

Where goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will offer either:

A full refund, or

A replacement/credit note, according to your preference.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

5. Wholesale Orders

For wholesale bulk orders, only goods that are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied are eligible for refund or replacement.

We cannot accept returns on unsold stock or customer over-ordering.

6. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.
